The role covers a wide array of marketing and sales activities for an exciting start-up Crypto Asset Management business located in Switzerland. SwissOne is seeking to strengthen their leadership team with an experienced person to take responsibility for all business development, sales and brand activities. This very hands-on role will see you taking full control over the marketing activities with a very strong focus to drive lead generation into the Swiss based Family Office, Wealth Management and Asset Management sectors.

SwissOne Capital is a start-up business with a small highly energised professional team that wants to grow the business to be a leader of Crypto Funds within Switzerland and Europe.

Essentials
  1. Swiss resident;
  2. Fluent in Swiss German, German & French;
  3. Previous contacts with the Family Office, Wealth Management, HNWI and Asset Management sectors;
  4. Belief in the future of Crypto assets as an asset class;
  5. Previous experience within Investment Management.
Nice to have
  1. Portfolio / Fund Management experience;
  2. Digital Marketing experience;
  3. Understanding of Crypto assets;
  4. Experience in co-ordination of promotional campaigns with sales activities with Financial services sector.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead generation with Family Offices, HNWI, Wealth managers and Asset Managers;
  2. Maintain relationships with potential Investors;
  3. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies, including sales events, sponsorships, digital marketing, and PR;
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures;
  5. Assess customer requirements;
  6. Monitor progress of end to end on-boarding of clients;
  7. Collaborate with team in all other aspects of the business;
  8. Monthly reporting;
  9. Annual Budgeting, Forecasting.
